National Healthcare Access, Inc. (NHA) was incorporated in 1991. The principals of NHA, all graduates of Youngstown State University and Kent State University, have extensive healthcare knowledge with over 20 years experience in the managed care industry and in network development. Our personnel have developed HMO and PPO networks for commercial carriers, workers compensation carriers, as well as Medicare and Medicaid payors. We have established hospital, physician, ancillary and complete service networks. NHA has negotiated and contracted with many national managed care organizations on behalf of national and individual provider groups to be included in the provider networks. NHA has also designed and implemented a complete claims processing system for a national self-funded health plan.
